Maeman -boy/guy/etc
( Mae = may )
A gender describing a man or man-aligned individual whose femininity is so intrinsic that it forms a distinct, woman-like identity separate from both traditional manhood and womanhood. It is not being a woman, nor partially a woman, but entirely a man-based gender with its own feminine structure and identity.

Note *about Maeman and Mavwoman*
- Can be used as either a unique binary identity and/or a nonbinary identity
- Not just GNC : Not just expression those are about internal gender identity.
- Not partially another gender : Not a mix of genders, but a distinct identity of its own
- Mavasulinity and Meaminitity are expressions and not exclusive to them
Turning it over in my head I’ve come to the conclusion the queer community is not ready or progressive enough to address its rampant TGNCphobia. It struggles to separate man from masculinity, male (gender) from the binary and unfortunately within non binary spaces there are pockets of gatekeeping exclusivity on what genders one is allowed to have or use when talking about exorsexism.
Add this all into the giant melting pot of an extremely transphobic and intersexist political landscape — I need to make a change for myself. That change while small that holds no bearing to anyone else is simply the act of using the words Virr (adult humans) / Virravn (adult non humans), Vael ( Works similar to the word male without the biology conflations) and Virrhood (similar to gender “hood” or experience words like manhood) alongside the pre existing words I’ve identified with; man, male and manhood.
I still identify as a man, I still believe manhood and male (gender) can be detached from the binary without having to be “one binary gender and something else” to be validated as a gender not strangled to death in a binary framework. The queer community as a whole isn’t ready for this and until it is I think finding pride, identification and empowerment through man-aligned gendered language unaffiliated with the binary would be a very freeing experience for me.

horrorveldic
A gender related to horror and being a veldian (gay man). It may feel scary, tense, violent, exciting, psychological, mysterious, or anything one would associate with any genre of horror. It may be masculine/male-aligned, relate to veldian/gay male concepts of gender or veldian characters in horror, or be kenochoric and/or macarshric depending on one's associations with horror, but it doesn't have to.

gnc man-aligned culture is dressing pretty masculine but embracing your effeminate, stereotypically-gay-looking mannerisms
^^^^
Labelmasc
Labelmasc: When your gender is not male, male aligned, and/or masculine, but you’re okay with and use man aligned, male gendered, and masculine labels.
The bottom blue/purple stripes come from the masc flag, and represent masculinity, maleness, and manhood. The center white stripe represents neutrality, comfort, and gnc (gender non conforming) feelings. The top set of green stripes represent opposing gendered feelings compared to your labels, and non binary genders.
reminder to please NOT use “fem aligned” when you mean woman-aligned or “masc aligned” when you mean man-aligned. masc and fem are forms of presentation, not genders. anyone of any gender, non binary or not, can be masc or fem (or both or neither etc). its incredibly alienating to define non binary people by the way they dress, so coming from someone who is masculine as hell but still woman-aligned, please double check your vocabulary when youre discussing these things. (also remember LOTS of non binary people don't use any of these terms regardless, so don't force it upon them.)
