my significant other lives with me and has a serious spending problem... He burns through his paychecks within a few days. We want to live on our own (we live with my parents) but it feels like with all this excessive spending it'll never happen... How do I tell him we need to focus on our goal?
I would maybe talk to them about budgeting and how it will greatly improve things! This way you can set aside for things such as a place to live, food and other expenses.
Once they see how much they are wasting on unnecessary things they may realize how they should be saving. Also let them know how you feel and how you feel it would better your situation.

here's what I remember from wisdom teeth surgery as I was going under I remember I saw a new assistant come into the room and I thought she was pretty so I promised myself I would remember her name and thank her after (her name was Emma) (I didn't see her after I woke up I don't think) and I waved to her and she wave back after I woke up I remember telling my mom I wanted to drink cactus juice because I was thinking about avatar the last airbender I remember stumbling out of the building and my mom driving me home and in the car I took a couple hilarious selfies and complimented my mom on her safe driving as soon as I got in the house I lay down on the couch and slept for 9 hours
