So the live action is being discussed again… I know they said Horikoshi was very involved in it, but I cannot trust that man anymore for the life of me.
I feel like in order to even make this watchable they need a panel of hardcore fans as advisors. And not the “omg mha is so perfect! I love everything about it!” fans. I mean the fans who borderline hate mha and everything it stands for, give or take a few things.
I’m talking about the villain fans who hated how the war ended, the Todoroki family fans who were basically slapped in the face, the critical bkdk and tgchko fans who hated the random addition of 431, Izuku fans who’re critical about how little character development he had and how little introspective we got from him despite him being the main character, fans who hate the fact that hero rankings and UA sports festival are even still a thing given the role that mindset had in sending their society into a fucking apocalypse. Fans who, despite being angry, still consume every bit of content that’s released because they love what they love about mha so much, that they’re not willing to let it go, but are still loud about their criticisms.
Jason Fuchs and Shinsuke Sato, I am literally BEGGING you to listen to real fans and not just create an echo chamber of people who tell you what you want to hear. PLEASE LET THIS BE DECENT
