Full disclosure, I started writing this back when the Eternal Sugar Update came out, and now Silent Salt effed up a lot of things, so I have some major rewriting to do, BUT —

Okay, this took me a while to get back to, but I need the good vibes today, and nothing else is working, so LET'S GO!

Ship Name: MagicTrick/Holy Shadow (my boyfriend made the original, I made the secondary one)

Shadow and the other Virtues were created at the same time. But, unlike the other four, there was a fifth Virtue that he wouldn't meet until a bit later.

A cookie, with white, soft dough, who never opened their eyes, and yet seemed to know everything around them so well.

They were The Virtue of Unity, the Lost One, one that even the Witches told him nothing about, for he had no reason to know. But, he was meant to know everything, was he not?

This thought caused for their sporadic meetings, however long or short, to become a breath of fresh air to Blueberry — after all, around them, he could feel like any other cookie, if only slightly. Because, after all, for once, he didn't know everything. They were a mystery to him, one that was so deliciously cryptic, so withdrawn, that over time, he became almost obsessed with figuring them out.

Over the years, he had only managed to surprise them a couple of times, but when he first did, he saw their eyes — a mismatched pair of yellow and purple, that he found mesmerizing.

Over time, he tried to learn more and more about them. Trying to figure out their nature, the way that they viewed unity, how they perceived the world.

Eventually, he found them in a dour mood. And, against his better judgment, he couldn't help himself. He took their hand in his, pulled them in, and merely started to dance with them. Clumsily, at first, with little complaints of "Blueberry Milk, what are you doing?!?", but slowly, getting more relaxed. Only helped by the fact that Blueberry told them, honest as he could be,

"I just didn't like seeing you so sad, sweet cream."

That became their little ritual, their little way of being close, their ticket to letting their walls down — the two of them started to dance with one another, whenever they were upset, or tired of mundanity, or just simply wished to. It became so automatic for the two of them, that when he extended a hand to them, they started to reply without even thinking.

Of course, their happiness couldn't last forever; eventually, the Whispers of Deceit happened — the curse of knowledge, made manifested into the mind of the Virtue of Knowledge, and he started to view the world much differently: seeing the way that cookies simply turned their attention away from harsh truths, and start to delude themselves with a cadre of lies to soften the blow.

This slowly ate away at Blueberry, who started to lose his luster slowly with time. Eventually, the golden hues with which he used to proudly tout truth were replaced with black — and Blueberry Milk was no more. Instead, he was now SHADOW MILK COOKIE — THE MASTER OF DECEIT.

It didn't take long for the others to fall after, and for the Witches to have to step in.

When the time came, Holy begged and pleaded with the Witches to reconsider — but their pleas fell on deaf ears. The Witches had to do something, before all of the cookies and what they had striven to create faded into nothing.

Holy Cream knew that this wasn't an act of benevolence, but of cruel indifference — to them, there was no difference between these five fallen virtues, these Beasts that they had all become, or any of the other hundreds of cookies.

The only difference was their age, and their purity — but something had clearly gone wrong. Through it all, they still had Holy Cream — the last Virtue, unspoken of, but always trying to keep the Beasts happy, before their fall.

The following day — it happened. The Witches used their powers (we know now that this was Silent Salt, now) and sealed away the Beasts in the Silver Tree.

A thousand years have passed since then, and now Holy Cream goes under the name of Creme Wolpertinger Cookie. Studying the world, and still maintaining their virtue, it didn't take long for them to get curious about other factors — namely, the Soul Jams, and where they had went. This drew them to the Vanilla Kingdom, said to be long abandoned.

However, upon finding their way there, they didn't just find an abandoned kingdom — but the very ruler of it, with a very familiar Soul Jam in his possession.

Unable to reveal the truth to them, and not quite trusting the intents of these new cookies, Wolly tagged along with them, and upon hearing that they were headed for the continent of Beast Yeast, offered to be a guide, under the guise of being a former resident of those accursed, Jam drenched lands to the East...

The rest of the story has some serious twists and turns, but I'll save any more of the story until we do some rewriting and setting things straight.
