judging from the show (i know a lot of people don’t take anything as canon from this part of the mcu, which is extremely valid and i will say that although it is important to doomsday i do wish they did a lot of things differently), if we look at how loki interacts and talks about the characters closest to him, or honestly.. this could be said for the thor movies as well.. anyways, i think that he becomes very dependent on certain people and isn’t automatically willing or seriously considers creating boundaries or even ending a relationship with someone no matter how badly they treat him
he chases after sylvie despite her betraying him
he searches for mobius and find comfort in him even after he tortures him
he might create masks to protect himself from appearing vulnerable but deep down his fear of being alone keeps him from removing himself from harmful/toxic/abusive relationships because “at least i have someone”

Lun huffed in amusement. "She's supposed to be waiting for the prince. Don't put thoughts of other men in her head.”
"Especially since I doubt she even makes it the night with him,” Rei remarked.
Wanda froze as her eyes stared at the dark nymph. "What?” What did Rei mean by that?
"Quit scaring the princess,” Michi admonished as she entered the observatory. She signalled to Lun who got up to entertain the queen next. Though Lun desperately looked as if she would prefer to stay and hear more. Michi took Lun's old spot beside Wanda.
Yet Wanda was stuck on the idea that she might not make it the night with the prince. He couldn't kill her, right? If she died in this world was her job complete or did she completely fail? These worries rushed through her and made her tense until Michi touched her shoulder.
"Rei just means as a human who is under contract yet is getting bedded by a god, should be free by morning,” Michi interjected Wanda's chaotic thoughts to a screeching halt. Michi being a water nymph with an attunement for the deep sea, had extensive knowledge about the esoteric by nature and natural curiosity. Also very empathetic so she was happy to release Wanda from this freak out.
Wanda looked to Rei for confirmation as the dark nymph smirked and wiggled her eyebrows at Wanda. “Seriously?” Wanda always suspected before that maybe this would be the energy exchange she needed but now she felt nothing but elation at this news. She tightened her hold on her drink.
"Now she wants him back," Lita laughed and most joined her in the amusement.
Wanda laughed too with her heart racing. Her hands shook as she raised up her drink for another sip, suddenly feeling freer than ever before. Maybe she could truly go home with this war ending. Her chest was light. She could be free very soon.
She just had to bed the prince, which she technically already agreed to, so she was practically free already. A small pebble along her path in comparison to what she had been up against before!
At least she kept convincing herself of this plan. She had already kissed the prince with few ill effects and it wasn’t as if the prince was hard to look upon either. He was the definition of tall, dark and handsome. He was charming at least in his pushiness. She just had to think of this as a one night stand. She'd sleep with him for one night and she would be free of this Asgardian world and back to her old world with her love.
She could do this. Laying in bed was easy, right? Pretty much the same thing or at least she tried to convince herself it would be the same. Just lie back and think of Sokovia, right?
"We'll see her every night at the prayer circle now,” teased Mynn with pink cheeks and a new drink.
"Oh, the all mother would be so happy if you did,” Sol mentioned, grinning at Wanda.
Wanda smiled back, wondering if maybe she should join in next time she did see the all mother and girls go out to pray. She had never been religious or even spiritual in her life before but it was hard to ignore this dynamic in the world when she was among gods.
If she was going to learn magic, she might as well take in all she could while here.
The winter solstice event went on all night as the sun still peaked out past midnight and on. The fire nymphs and Rei did a fireworks display when the sun finally settled away for all of Asgard to see and the girls only got sillier and drunker from there.
"So… Are you actually attracted to Prince Loki?”
Wanda almost spat out the fruit she was eating. "What?"
"I just mean… For human standards, are you even attracted to Prince Loki?” Lita clarified.
"Or are you doing this for the benefit?” Ami jumped in too.
"Like we all know Aslin has the hots for Prince Thor but you with Prince Loki…”
Wanda stared at the girls, not expecting this line of questioning. Her heart beat raced under the interrogation and the night air grew warmer. She could tell this topic had been a conversation among them before in how they all had something to point out already. She felt heavily inspected but she had been since she got here. It didn’t help that she had drank a little as the night grew on too.
Yet months went by since she last saw Prince Loki. She knew he wasn't bad to look at but her memory of him wasn't perfect after barely spending more than twenty minutes in total with him. Sometimes he seemed more like a celebrity than a real person, which sort of suited her for the task at hand.

Rei gave an amused little huff. "If she didn't know about the tradition, then obviously she fell for his looks.”
Wanda blushed then and the girls giggled. She long ago accepted how they loved to tease her.
"He can be charming,” Ami remarked offhand-ly, looking far off and obviously thinking of the prince.
"You better hope he's feeling charming,” Rei said next and Wanda couldn't help but wonder if that meant Loki held a temper, which reminded her of his attack on New York. A clear reminder that he probably did. Her stomach swirled slightly at the news.
"He'll have just won a war. I'm sure he'll be in plenty of good spirits,” Sol remarked and gave Wanda half a reassuring glance.
"You're going to make us sound like barbarians to her,” Aslin commented with a shake of her head.
