From now on will post my WODs and results here to monitor and also give inspirations to anyone in search for some random workout and maybe to read about workout experiences and some thoughts people should read and might consider :)
As I have a strong shoulder inflammation I am restricted now to certain workouts and routines and have to skip usual WODs and put together tailor-made self program. Even if it is a bad thing to get hurt yourself, you are able to focus on other things that you want to develop. So analyze and do whats best for you and something that does not affect your injured bodypart. In the recent days I put a lot of work into my core, like back, quad, sixpack and also mobility, which will help me evolve in weightlifting having a more stabile and stronger basics.
This wod was the Lumberjack20Β with a timecap of 30mins, but this I had to adjust to my shoulder βissuesβ, so here is mine with a bit more reps and runs, too:
