I appreciate everyone’s support! 💕 Please comment, share & save post for later ☺️ • Lunges (Hold 10lbs) 15 reps x 3 sets • Jumping squats 15 reps x 3 sets • Band walk (the 2 clips should be done together) 10 each leg x 3 sets • Hip Thrust 15 reps x 3 sets, hold 10 seconds • Leg lifts 10 reps x 3 sets, hold 10 seconds • Side to side obliques 20 reps x 3 sets • Front lying boat reps 15 reps x 3 sets, hold 10 seconds
