🌟Goal achieved — deadlift 100kgs! 💪
Yesterday in my exercise physiology session I deadlifted 85kgs x6, 95kgs x5 and then 100kgs x3! My instructor was so hyped he said that the 100kgs goal was meant to take until December but I've achieved it so fast we need to adjust for new goals. I also did 220kgs calf raisers x10 which is a pb too!
I'm really proud of this 🥰
