Loway released its first #callcenter #customersatisfaction survey as in free eBook downloadable format. The Swiss company sent to its customers a survey about the usage of Asterisk® and QueueMetrics™ as a tool for management, analysis and control of their #contactcenters. This was done to assess the perceived needs of existing customers so that future improvements could be prioritized. This is the first case study of its kind in the contact-center industry for installations based on #Asterisk technologies.
