So this morning I woke up with a very dry tickly cough. Which is deffo sitting near my chest. I didn't want to not work out having just come back, but also knew I wouldn't be able to push myself. So I modified this workout. It meant I could keep up for the entire thing without stopping but I still got breathless and sweaty. Officially down over 16 pounds!! It was the final LIT Cardio today! I actually really like this workout. It’s more of what I’m used to with HIIT workouts. Definitely could see myself doing random ones in the future. 4 more left! LIT Cardio was fire today! Lots of new combos and even some new moves. Was drenched and panting by the end for sure.
