11/12/2022 - Carina makes a character called Polaris, created for the Destiny Intertwined setting for a clan called Northwind. 11/14/2022 - CrayonSoup posts her Northwind character, Sanctus. 11/14/2022, 4 hours later - Carina posts a redesign of Polaris to resemble Sanctus more closely.

6/19/2023 - Carina gifts Polaris to Constelia.

6/29/2023 - Constelia redesigns Polaris.

7/22/2023 - CarinaAyland leaves Destiny Intertwined's Discord server.

10/7/2023 - Constelia checks in with Carina and makes sure permissions are in order. Quote Carina: "No strings attached, Polaris is entirely Stelia's"  Album attached >>> HERE <<<. 

7/13/2025 - Carina comments on Constelia's upload of Polaris on ArtFight asking to be credited, then edits it to say that she believes that Constelia's redesign is different enough from hers.

7/18/2025 - Carina posts a ref of her Polaris that resembles Constelia's redesign more than it resembles Carina's original. Constelia is not informed of any "reclaim", but the design description states that any other versions are stolen

3/8/2026 - Constelia and another artist (DrakiLady) redesign their Polaris to resemble other existing members of Northwind.

4/9/2026 -  Carina sends a somewhat inappropriate (Mod Note: I changed the wording here to make it less ableist admittedly) message to Constelia making demands and telling Constelia she's been gaslit or something, and then "apologizing" for doing this same thing with another one of Constelia's designs previously.

In plain text below: Hello Constelia, I'm messaging you solely to set the record straight with you once and for all. I don't want a reply. I want you to read, understand, and act as necessary. Without violating the privacy of this DM, please. I am here to solve things, not make them worse. This isn't an attack. This is an enlightening final message to you and you alone. I feel as though you lied to me, and everyone, about how you didn't steal from another artist, and that I "manipulated you into stealing a design" which several people have claimed. You lied to me a second time, stating you never felt such a way. That was not only hurtful but also to me, a display of how far you will go to save your face, all because you're a part of a toxic clique (in Destiny Intertwined) which you didn't want to disappoint when you were caught stealing. (Again, apparently, even though I considered it hearsay at the time.) DI is very toxic, and has changed you for the worse. This has made me feel like you either stole on purpose to see if you could get away with it like others have due to favouritisms, or to see if you could hit the last nail on my coffin, since I had my own problems to deal with already.  With that said, I'm here to list what I expect of you:

Remove your posts on Twitter/X about me, including whatever else defamatory messages DrakiLady added.* These issues have been laid to rest.*

Clean my name from all your public socials.

Never speak my name again unless it's to give me my due credits for your "redesigns" of Orion and Polaris. I want my name visible on their ref sheets as "original concept by CarinaAyland". (Regarding my Polaris, I will make my own adjustments)

Refusal to comply, will eventually result in escalation. This is your last chance to fix things with me. Just like I was given the chance to fix mine. About Solyne: you have my sincere apology for backtracking on the voidance. I was unreasonably attached to a design, one that you hyped me about, and I also had unhealthy company that only fed my already wrong ideals. At the time, it also felt justified to use basic things like the colors for one design, and the loose features for another, especially after losing a relevant sum in the transactions. It was never done out of pettiness nor with harmful intention.  Yet your poor behavior certainly didn't make it any easier to question my own poor decisions. The designs are currently being reworked with the individual that was most harmed in the ordeal. And the voidance is henceforth respected. However, you should also know that you displayed a high level of not just pettiness but also hypocrisy when you did an unsanctioned redesign of Solyne for Astarphel, solely to be in good terms with him. A redesign that was basically what you should've done in the first place, when you were first accused of theft. Had that been the outcome, instead of you doing a couple of changes, nobody would've been upset with you. You want others to respect you but you don't respect anyone. Not even yourself anymore. You wouldn't have been stressed into guilt tripping your genuine client and friend, that only wanted to support you, for a refund they never wanted to go through with because you needed the income, yet they accepted anyways. Because said individual prioritized your mental health over pixels. Only for you to have such awful actions, for whatever reasons only you know. In the future, give respect where due, use empathy and compassion, maybe get away from DI's toxicity. Please. I genuinely hope you will amend these toxic attitudes, as they only make you and those around you look bad. Regardless of what the Clique wants you to do. That's not healthy for yourself nor any hope of sincere friendships, because not everyone is as dumb as those around you make you think they are. Thank you for your cooperation, and may our paths never cross again. Sincerely: I wish you a better life, and may things go up for you from here onwards.

4/23/2026 - Carina reposts Polaris with... "edits". And a statement that Polaris was "recalled" and is "stolen".

4/26/2026 - Through Linsaangs as a mediator, Carina demands that Constelia changes Polaris to not have a black head. Carina did not come up with this marking, as seen above: the original Polaris did not have this marking until Polaris was edited to resemble Crayon's character. The black head marking is indicative of Destiny Intertwined's worldbuilding and Northwind lore. After some discussion, Carina says she'll drop it and she recognizes that Constelia's updated character does not resemble hers.

Sometime in the last couple days idk when exactly- Carina uploads her "updated" Polaris to ArtFight openly asking people to report Constelia's character as theft, including with a direct link to Constelia's profile. 

Submitting this design as a formal reiteration of ownership.

ATTENTION - This character is considered stolen as of 2026 by ConsteliaArts who has not taken down the character from her socials yet https://artfight.net/character/4649167.polaris. Kindly report it (as well as any unauthorised redesigns) for theft. Thank you!

Details: Due to the continued false accusations, public slander and other grievous attitudes, Polaris (peviously a gift) was recalled in 2025, and an official statement was made in 2026. However the character remains on this users' socials despite having no rights to it. Furthermore, two redesigns were made of it, first were adjustments to fit another world which kept the character much the same; the second was an entirely unauthorized design *after* a statement had already been made public about the character returning to its rightful designer and owner (myself).

Don't twist my words, I think it's good of people to help her regardless of which of the below is more or less true, she clearly unfortunately needs outside influences playing her conscience like Jiminy Cricket to keep her on track, but it seems like a strange thing to brag about.

The way I see it, Carina is either:

A fully autonomous clearheaded neurotypical adult and there's no issue with taking her to task for the prolonged history of theft (actual theft in the form of taking and leaking paid content, not just tracing or color-picking), stalking, and similar. Especially given Verridith accidentally spilling in my DMs that the stalking is still going on to some extent (I have already spoken to the affected party.) In which case it's a little bit embarrassing to brag that a fully autonomous clearheaded neurotypical adult needs the same 'learning right from wrong' support as an elementary schooler

or

Carina is not a fully autonomous clearheaded adult, and they have a neurodivergency or otherwise that causes them to act this way, in which case I think it's completely irresponsible that Verridith insists on consistently and loudly putting this vulnerable person in situations for more and more people to call her out, have eyes on her, or otherwise, and there shouldn't be bragging going on because you shouldn't feel the need to bang the drums to make sure all eyes are on the vulnerable person.
