I took pre workout today for the first time. It helped me get through it but Im also caffeine sensitive so my HR was just sat super high...might try it again and see what happens tomorrow. But anyway. I am back. I have gained all my weight back. I'm currently mostly desk based as my hours at work have been drastically cut due to Covid. I go back 1st July. So here I am trying to get back into a routine. Work has me stressed, and this weekend hasn’t been productive in the chores department (I made a whole list and have completely ignored it whoops) BUT the book and recipes to accompany morning meltdown finally arrived, and Ken is building us some sweet bike ramps, and we went to a party last night where I got to hold a two week old baby, so things are pretty good overall!

There was no service in the middle of the woods so I have some catching up to do. Two a day for the next three days! I think I’ve found my internal motivation now. I didn’t make excuses today. Just got it done.
