I loved the ending of Avid's most recent Flight episode (episode 3). Spoilers ahead.
The contrast of Avid and Graecie's characters and yet how they're the perfect duo.
Avid is suspicion and trauma, constantly wary of betrayal and trusting no one. Graecie is trust and hope, believing that no one is really bad and trusting everyone she sees.
The conversation about the storm was just. I don't even know how to word it.
"You say it's not anyone's fault, but I feel like the person trying to reason with the storm, that person who gets electrocuted, they might be at fault a little bit for standing out in the middle of a field staring up at imminent danger."
"Don't you like looking at the lightning as it streaks across the sky? It's very pretty."
Comparing the storm to people. Calling people a storm. Avid saying they're at fault for standing in a storm, Graecie saying that the storm can't control when it forms. Even just Graecie's little hums as she hops across the bridge.
Graecie reminds me a lot of Whiteout from Wings of Fire, filled with hope that she will eventually find out is dangerous.

okay. I haven't seen the streams, and Avid has been slow to upload the videos. But despite it being hard to explain I think "Pure as a lamb" by baby bugs is both tf!Avid and tf!Graecie. Like idk how to explain it but it just is.
I mentioned like last week that I wanted to draw Avid and Gracie so here's a little sketch page!
The panels at the bottom right are meant to be from the scene of Gracie asking Avid to take his mask off but I was drawing this with my roommate sitting right next to me and they are only watching Avid's YouTube series so--
