Ingredients: 2 cans 5 oz each tuna, drained. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated.
Instructions: Put drained tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce or tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl. Add chopped cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, and taste again if you think it needs more or less. Spread the Asian tuna salad mixture out evenly among the butter lettuce leaves. Serve right away in lettuce cups. If you want, you can top with more chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon fish sauce. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 red chili, finely chopped. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated. Lime wedges, for serving.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and sesame oil. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground chicken, garlic, ginger, and red chili. Instructions: Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix them together. On medium heat, add the oil to a pan. Then, add the garlic and ginger. Saut for one minute. Put in the chicken dices and cook until they turn brown. Add the mushrooms, green onions, and water chestnuts, and stir them in. Cook for two more minutes. Add the sauce mix to the chicken and vegetables, mix it well, and cook for two to three minutes, until everything is hot. Put the stir-fried chicken in lettuce cups to serve. If you want, you can add more green onions as a garnish.
