Secondly, If you want to, is there anything more you could share about Zora? I'm still not over her ending and like the entirety of DaD in general :(.
she had frequent dreams of murdering every one of the truth seekers or other survivors. Haunted by the murderer she’s become, yet still chooses to embrace it since to her, there was nothing left to save.
she’d grip things really tight to the point that it hurt her hands especially when stressed (that axe, the knife, etc)
the other founding members of salvation besides Elizabeth were named Leo, Jade, & Caine. After the day Elizabeth was killed protecting her, she never saw any of them again. The grave she built was mostly dedicated for them, but also the other innocents she’d worked so hard to protect.
she’s wished countless times for another chance. begged and pleaded. perhaps if she wasn’t distracted she could’ve fought Elizabeth and actually helped. The incident had already taken out most of their camp by the time they were aware of it though. She would’ve died had Elizabeth not sacrificed herself… it was her turn to be the saviour </3
her death was a gruesome slashing of her throat followed by mauling. her guard had been completely dropped for the first time. she approached Magic with zero intent of harming her to appear friendly and trustworthy, just like she always used to when saving others.
