When fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon are mixed together, they give the juicy salmon fillets better flavor. When you grill salmon, the natural flavor comes out better and you get a tasty smoky char.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Then mixed in the olive oil. The salmon fillets should have the mixture brushed on both sides. Grill the salmon fillets for four to five minutes on each side, or until the fish is flaky when you use a fork. Take it off the grill and serve it hot.

Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the fettuccine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a low boil. Grate in some Parmesan cheese and mix in the lemon zest and juice. Add pepper and salt to taste. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the pan with the sauce until it is well covered. Add two to three more minutes of cooking, until the sauce gets a little thicker and covers the pasta. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy while hot!

Spread the seasoned broccoli and cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the vegetables are tender, tossing halfway through cooking.
