I'm starting to learn to laugh at myself when I mess up sometimes. With Zumba there are no mistakes, only accidental solos. Sometimes my solos come up often than I'd prefer and no one has a clue what I'm doing 😅. For example, today when I forgot a move I could have freaked out and let it affect me for the rest of class or I could shrug it off and kind of laugh at myself for a second and move on. I chose to move on, pretty sure I made a face as I missed the move but that's something I'm still working on 😅. Don't let mistakes, plot twists, or accidental solos affect you negatively for too long. Not everything in life will always go the way you want it to. It's all about how you react.
