This is the raw honey that breakfast dreams are made of. This is a jar of honey from the very first harvest from the beehives that are nestled in the Maine Heritage Apple Orchard. I spent a wonderful evening getting to tour and learn about @lesdamescle scholarship winner @cleveland_roots ... This is a wonderful program based in Cleveland’s Clark -Fulton neighborhood. They are dedicated to “eliminating food deserts and strengthening community through the growing of fresh local produce”. I received a wonderful gift of fresh rhubarb ...yes.. I know that you don’t usually eat it past June but this rhubarb is in great shape and is going into a cranberry conserve that I’m making tomorrow!
