My Principles on the mat are:- . 🌈Move with your breath . 🙏🏼Tune into how your body feels in each movement . 🌈Focus on your present moment not the end goal . 🙏🏼If you feel tired rest it doesn’t matter . 🌈If you feel pain stop it does matter! . 🙏🏼Work WITH your body not against her . This drill is part 2 of #corestrength and #stability - part 1 was a few weeks ago 🔙 . This drill uses only a few exercises but in a #ladderflow aporoach whereby each round gets stronger + harder 😅 . The poses are Down dog > high plank > knee to nose > push up > up dog > down Dog . Don’t be fooled by the simplicity though this drill is a killer 🥵 . 1 round takes = 10 min and is enough but if you want more go for it 🤜🏼🤛🏼 . it’s equipment free it’s gym free it’s not complicated it’s progressive it’s effective it’s mindful it’s functional it’s done in 10 min It’s progressive . .
