I have used my dad's 47-year-old Canon FD 28mm F/2.8 lens on my modern mirrorless Camera. I think the lens is sharp.

Man rides a straw Yule goat on Christmas Eve in Uppsala, Sweden, 1946.
This week, the Law School hosted representatives of Uppsala University and the Uppsala University Faculty of Law to celebrate the faculty and student exchange program between the two law schools, which began in 1982. This year also marks the 25th anniversary of the Sister City relationship between Uppsala and Minneapolis.
We were delighted to be presented with this very thoughtful gift and a wonderful addition to the collection: a Swedish copy (1785) of the treaty signed between the United States and Sweden in 1783. The Treaty of Amity and Commerce Between the United States and Sweden (WÃ¥nskaps och handels tractat emellan Hans Maj:t konungen af Swerige och the FoÌŠrente Staterne i Norra America) made Sweden "the first power in Europe which had voluntarily and without solicitation offered its friendship to the United States." Benjamin Franklin signed the treaty, establishing commerce and friendship with Sweden, several months before the end of the American Revolution when he was serving as the US representative in Paris.
Here's to continued friendship and many more years of our exchange program with the students and faculty in Uppsala! Tack!
