so now I have alopecia and patellar tendinitis......fantastic

I went to the doctor this morning about my knee. The doctor said I have patellar tendinitis, which is overuse of the patellar tendon. Finally I have an answer to why my knee has been hurting for so long!

I never really talk about anything else other than my alopecia. Now, I feel like I need to go see someone about my jacked up knee. Kills me like all the time.

So I forgot to bring my knee brace to work and ended up having to stand for six hours and now I can't find a bearable position

So my instructor gave me something to help work my knees since the more intense workouts have caused the one to give out again and again. He said it would be a lot of work to fix them that way and I don't doubt it but this is the closest thing to doing something about them.

I hurt my knee in badminton today (idek how someone does that) and its all sore and i cant get comfyyyy :(
