This is the warm up of a 28 days challenge from @kettlebellkings that I love it soooo much!! Well, I only have a pair of 8 an 12 KB kilos, and in this oportunity I had to used 8 kilos because before I did 300 KB Swing; Well, that's not an excuse, but really to do those great half swings, Cleans, "semi" Jerk and to finished in he awesome and hard Long Cycle...I need to be in better shape, more strong and have more power, stability abd coordination between both arms.. Anyway, I have to work hard to do all that I said, and of course I continue doing the 300 KB Swings!
