Just a friendly reminder (to you and myself): even if you don't see the scale move, you're definitely making progress.
For me personally, a pair jeans I wear has steadily been getting looser. Today I decided they were TOO loose, so I took in a few inches to make them fit better. (Because I'm cheap and will not go out and buy a new pair....these don't even have the thighs rubbed out yet! They're like new! 😂)
Anyway, the first picture is from the middle of June, before I had really recommitted to doing keto again. I was just eating less crap, and was losing a little bit of weight. Kind of pulling on them, I had a few inches of give. The picture on the right is from today. Again, only barely pulling on them, and there's WAY more give.
That makes me feel good, because the scale hasn't really moved in a few days, despite the exercising and sticking to my macros.
I know we all struggle with the numbers on the scale, but sometimes it's the non scale victories that make you feel like you're making progress.
