Weighed myself today and I’ve officially lost 14kgs! (30 pounds) I honestly didn’t think it would be that much because of the muscle I’ve gained and also because every time I touch my stomach there’s still so much fat I can grab. Only 6 more kgs until my goal weight ❤️

Okay so I’ll be honest I haven’t tried them yet because I’m fasting for 4 more hours - however they smell good!
I felt like something fried and greasy so I made these bad boys. Cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese (only a tiny bit) 2 eggs and spinach, fried in coconut oil 😛

I also made bulk fat bombs this morning - so feeling super productive 😇 I need to stay ahead of the game on weekends because it’s too easy to uber eats something carby if I’m not prepared Especially with all the craziness of the Christmas season 🎄

My stomach has always been my least favourite part of my body. I feel like it’s still got so so long to go but I think I’m finally seeing a little bit of a waist now 🙈 I can’t believe I’m actually posting a picture of my stomach One thing I think keto is helping with is my mental health and clarity - I feel more energised and overall happy. Which is a big thing for someone who used to find happiness in food. I have been alone in new cities a couple of times and found that my weight ballooned during those times because I would find comfort in hiding away in my room and binging whenever I was lonely or sad. Now I plan my weekend meals in advance to avoid slip ups and keep myself occupied with lots of other things - such as Christmas shopping! 😆 It’s just the little things I guess
