My Workout during Injury Part 2
Today (22 Nov 2019), In Jakarta, Indonesia
First, i think, i dont want to workout today, because, yesterday, i had workout at my gym, yeah, classes workout, 30minutes.
But, today, my spouse, hmm, orrectly my boyfriend workout today, mm.. and i have a empty time(even the time is after caffeine drinked), so i think, ah... This time, why i dont have workout?
So i workout, and i'm planned my workout today. The workout is so simple, you can do workout this at your home, your gym, at the park, at least, you must to have a mattras(thats make more comfort i mean)
Oke, so, dont be long to write, i'm describe all the workout. It has 6 workout in it
First, i did leg workout, thats Front squat with twist. This workout i searched at google, and google said this is a compound workout, because this workout, the muscle that worked is abs, glute, quads(more than one muscle worked)
Second, i did arm workout. The workout is Arm scissors. This workout, i think, not compound(i dont know, this compound or not, you can google it).
Third, i do Bodyweight Squat. Yesterday, i came to a seminar, at PIM 2 Mall. And in that seminar, the speakers called Alvin Hartanto, is a owner of The Famous Fitness Plan, teaches us, what the balanced exercise. And in that powerpoint, one of many list is bodyweight squat. And i know it, because im a gym member, and have been in gym classes called bodypump, the instructur said, thats a compound, and its leg exercise, so i do it. The muscle that worked is so many, such as: quads, glutes, hamstrings.
Fourth, i do High Knee. That workout(yeah, you can said that exercise), is a cardio exercise, but not very cardio workout. This workout can be strength workout too(hmm, strength or not, you can said it how many reps you do) and it leg workout too. The muscle that worked is quads certainly, Calves and Glutes.
Fifth, i do Abs bicycle Crunch. So in this fifth workout, i want to finish this workout, but i dont want do leg workout, it can be so... Waw.. i can said it, i feel, it dont balanced if i cannt do abs workout. And i search in goofle. This is compound too. So, yeah i do it. The muscle worked is, certainly Abs, second muscle is Hamstring and Quads. This workout is Isolation type anyway, and Push type workout.
Last, yeah, the last workout i do is Sit up. That workout is abs workout. Because i want to finish, i already do compound, yeah isolation you can said too(bicycle crunch), so i want to do this workout for the last. This workout, i think, is one muscle work workout maybe( you can search google for the truth).
So that six workout i do. Anyway, in the previous blog, i said im on injury. Yes, and few days ago, correctly, Monday, i had check up and do my physiotheraphy. And my therapist said i can do crunch. So i do abs workout today, because he said i can do that workout hhe.
