Current situation is, right shoulder and right hamstring injuries. Light and slow. Started PT last week, they gave me a bunch of exercises to perform daily. So I do all those prior to my #lifting. And I use that term loosely as it’s really light. I’m good with it that, utilize little to no rest is fun👍🏻. Gets my heart rate up a bit. So not much exciting stuff to report. I’ll be doing this for at least the next month (light lifting) and that is being optimistic. Recovery is supposed to take 3-6 months. I didn't go hard this morning. I might go back later. I didn't get good sleep last night. My lower stomach muscles cramped up so bad I had to get in the shower and run warm water on my stomach and breathe. My body burned up and then got real cold. Idk.. I just concentrated on healing and breathing and got through it. The muscle cramps lasted about 30 min, to say the least. Still had a few spasm today. So I didn't go hard today. Maybe that's my body letting me know it wants to rest a bit. I'd rather go and do a light workout than none. Hope everyone's day is productive.
