kink at pride? what the fuck.

kink is not part of the lgbtq. do you see it going l..g..b..t..kink! no. so why the fuck are you butt ass naked at an all age or family friendly event?
why is it so openly accepted to have people getting publicly fucked or nude or in kink gear at events marketed towards families? and why the fuck do people cheer on this disgusting behavior? you might not be directly engaging in sexual displays but you are on the side cheering it on and you are part of a huge problem.
PRIDE is meant to celebrate the accomplishments of the lgbtq community, not the kink community. again, the accomplishments of the LGBTQ community.
i am a strong believer of there being some truth behind prejudice. people that say that the lgbtq community is predatorial, pedophilic, and advertised at kids, aren’t completely wrong. the lgbtq actively promotes being trans and gay to impressionable children who are already going through a period of change. the lgbtq actively advertises sex, kink, and fetish at what’s supposed to be age inclusive and family friendly.
and tell me, what do the people that actually are against this do? not a damn thing. and the ones that do speak out?
“your homophobic!”
“your transphobic!”
“you hate the community!”
“you have internalized hate!”
this towards anyone who tries to explain why this overly sexual behavior is not okay, anyone who tries to advocate for the protection of children from these topics early on.
a 5, 6, 7 or hell 15 year old does NOT need to see your rainbow butt plug or you being walked on a leash in pup gear.
and we wonder why parents feel the need to protect their children from the lgbtq and its members.
the whole reason family friendly pride events were created was because people don’t want their kids exposed to nudity and sex and kink. and then they go to a family friendly event just to see the same damn thing.
but hey, its okay if they’re not penetrating anyone!

the issue isn’t penetration, its being sexual or nude at events marketed towards all ages and families.
if you went to go see a disney movie with your 8 year old, you’d be pissed if they started doing it for 20 minutes straight and rightfully so.
if its not 18+ or 21+, keep your fucking clothes on. take that pup gear off and put on them damn clothes. take the flogger back inside and leave your kink at home.
i say this as someone who’s been proudly part of the lgbtq (unlabeled in reference to sexuality) for 5 years. i’m all for being proud of your sexuality and proud that you advocate for your community’s success but i draw the line at kids. kids shouldn’t be doing drag or seeing nude, sexual displays or made to seem like they shouldn’t be a pride event because grown adults can’t control themselves.
i think family friendly pride is amazing because i think its great to teach your children to be accepting but family friendly needs to be just that. and lgbtq doesn’t include kink, pride doesn’t include kink. keep it at adult only events.
that’s it, that’s all.
if you think differently, cool lmk why. i don’t see any situation where this would be appropriate or excusable.
