You were sitting on the coach with your boyfriend, Jay. Watching Mean Girls, one of your favorite movies ever.

Halfway through the movie, you felt the brown haired move his head to your shoulder. You rested yours on top of his and ran your fingers through his hair. You felt him snuggle closer to your hand, making you smile.

“I love when you play with my hair.” He spoke. “But I’m going fall asleep if you keep doing it, honey.”

“Aaand? I know you’ve been tired these days, bub.“ You look at him. “And that you haven’t been sleeping properly.”

He sighted. “Training has been hard lately, and I’m having trouble sleeping.”

“Well, we’ll change that. We’ll go to bed together and I’ll play with your hair till you fall asleep, ‘kay? Maybe that’ll help.”

He nodded and smiled sweetly. “What did I do to deserve such an amazing girlfriend?”

“What a good question, love!” You teased.

You both laughed and he hugged you. Giving you a kiss on the temple.

“Thank you, honey. For everything.”

“My pleasure, bub.”

And with that you fell asleep in each others’ embrace.
