See the issue here is that while this is pretty much exactly what Janta needed, it took so unbelievably long that the role it's meant to fill is one she's thoroughly outclassed in by like a dozen different units. Her role (Buster AOE lancer with battery + healing and star generation support) is FULL of competition who've been viable for way longer not even because of numbers but because of availability and subsequent investment. It's pretty emblematic of why it was so immensely stupid to not give Welfares rankups or reruns until now.
so let's give her something absolutely way too over the top bc fuck it it's fun and would certainly make her stand out. Really only one of these rankups is "a bit much" but dont worry it'll be obvious which.

Then Ed's Pliosaur came out of nowhere, jaws wide open!

While Melt and Ishtar fought the two sisters Ed's Pliosaur grabbed the shark with their jaws and threw them skyhigh!
Melt: seriously Jeanne?! You really fell for Joan's tricks?!
Jeanne: I don't know what you're talking about! I'm just helping my sister!
Melt: guess I'll have to knock some sense into you!
Ishtar: man does fighting a child feel wrong!
Janta: Hiya!
*jabs Ishtar in the eye*

And while the 4 of them fought, Hokusai was handling Joan!
Joan: darn it all! This didn't go as planned at all!
Hokusai: that's what you get for not being better prepared!
Mari: EVERYONE! GET DOWN!
And as they all looked up, they saw Mari flying through the air! While carrying Ed's Pliosaur towards the enemy!
Hokusai: oh fuck!
Melt: get moving!
Ishtar: aaaah!
FLYING LEVIATHAN OF THE YUCATAN!!!!
Mari launched the beast forwards, with an accompanying wave of water from Melt!
The beast helped take out the two sisters, and while the big sis herself was still standing, she was no longer at top shape!
Joan: urgh! A flying sea monster!? Seriously?!
A TOUR OF WATERFALLS FROM VARIOUS PROVINCES!
Joan: huh?!
Hokusai then unleashed her own noble phantasm to finish the job!
Hokusai: you're done!
With that, Joan and the other two had been defeated!
Jeanne: ugh... what's going on? When did I get here?
Melt: oh, she's back to normal. How nice.
Jeanne: huh?
Mari: Joan brainwashed you, and you were fighting against us.
Jeanne: dammit not again! Will you quit with that shit!

Hokusai: and that's another victory! Now I just need to finish off the Lion king and I'll be the Top Swimsuit Swordmaster!
