It is Monday April 19th- this is my first note in this weight loss diary.today I start tracking everything on I track bites - team sugar smart!!!
I just started I track bites this week. I was using the famous WW after watching everyone promote it as the best thing in the world.... but it never felt like a fit- I never wanted to track and I felt like I had to be on a certain plan because EVERYONE was on that One plan.
But I’m doing this for me - so I need to find something that works FOR ME !
I’m starting out at 280..... I’m 21 years old and that kills me to know I’m almost 300 pounds ! It’s time for a change, I want to be a mother one day and that means I need to be in my best shape because I will not leave my kids at a young age!
I will share on here everything I’m facing ! The good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between and what I find helping me along the way!

Hi all. I’m resurrecting this account because I need accountability.
I’m back to tracking WW Points Plus on the iTrackBites app. I’m still in the 150s and not happy how my body looks.... like at all.
I recently got back from a cruise to Alaska and seeing the photos gave me a HUGE reality check. I didn’t realize I looked that bad! 😭
I’ve done all the diets the last few years and I don’t want to diet anymore. The only plan that has ever made sense and actually worked for me was Weight Watchers Points Plus. No restrictions, no food groups off limits, easy!
I’m ready!

Finishing up the week on a high note. Way under points and calories and starting to feel a little better. Weigh in day is tomorrow and I can tell I’ve lost a little since my knee is feeling better. Hoping for a good 1st weigh in for 2020!
Real Talk: I’m just not a vegetable eater... I constantly have to hide vegetables in my food in order to get myself to eat them and more often than not I end up leaving them out because it’s an added step in cooking. But that’s okay...everybody has different strengths and weaknesses. These are the veggies I hid in my scrambled eggs this morning (it was going to be an omelet but my pan really needs to be retired) I added some ham and cheese to the mix to make it more delicious. Period cravings hit hard and fast yesterday, and today has been no easier. Between that and a breast fed baby that's going through a growth spurt, I have been absolutely ravenous! White knuckling it today for sure. Hopefully I can hold on until bedtime 🤞
Created an instagram as another document of my journey. It has no content yet, as I have no idea where to start 😅 I honestly just wanted to find other sources of inspiration since the weight loss community on tumblr is saturated with ED glorification...

That said, wish me luck! I'm determined to stay within my 'bites', but the snacks are calling me like the ocean calls Moana 🌊
Had dinner at my in laws tonight and ate a little more than I originally intended to... Tracked it and moving on! I still made the best choices possible, and finished the evening with a nice stroll through the neighborhood 😊
There is no "one size fits all" approach to weight loss. It involves trial and error, finding something that can most easily fit your lifestyle while also providing results.
As such, I have decided to bench IIFYM. For now. I'll probably reintroduce macro tracking when I get closer to my goal weight and want to focus on body recomp, but it's just not working for me right now. That's okay. Accepted and moving on.
My weight loss efforts continue with a new found motivation. I've been following iTrackBites (which is basically broke bitch WW 😅) for two days now, and I've already reached my pre baby #2 weight 🥳 Now that the baby weight is gone, I can focus on making some ACTUAL progress. Only 1.2lbs until GW#1!
