In progress, this looked like a #moonface to me, not realizing at the moment that the full moon eclipse was the next night. While the eclipse was happening, I was engrossed in painting her. Look forward and have no fear. Somehow it will all work out. We don’t know the magnificent energy tomorrow may bring. How many times in life have we felt doomed that everything is over and then somehow things turned around. In the middle of chaotic situations in our life angels are sent to assist us. We may not see them or even feel them but they are there working on our behalf to bring about what is needed to take place on our life path. Years later we may look back and see why something happened. Today we may be confused about a door closing but someday we may see why it happened and understand. Sunday Reflection...Help comes when we turn the situation over to a Higher Power. We have worried enough and it is time to rest our mind. Perhaps we have had headaches from worry and now we release that energy to assist in pain relief. We allow this Sunday to be a day of needed rest. Giving back to ourself we find peace. We rest from the pressures life gives us. Today we can decide to completely turn over any worry to our Angels for they are around us always. Maybe we feel a need to take a few hours to rest from the “to do list” and allow our mind and body to just rest. We let go of stress and breathe. Tomorrow we will tackle the hard stuff but today we rest. We find peace in knowing things have a way of working out and getting resolved. ..meanwhile I look out and a tent has been erected over the jet body(minus the wings and tail) plus it has the big black house thing with lots of dials on it for temps I guess...looks like the whole farm is going to be roasted in it not just a pig...cows, sheep, you name it and I’m thinking maybe they should have arrived at 10 with me if they are cooking that much in that big thing...all the while I’m smelling grilling smoke ..still thinking..”I just had no idea it was this extensive”.. when Bride told me BBQ in my mind I pictured something entirely different???..I stay busy...still sought out with random odd questions..4:00 arrives...Bride, MOB, FOB , sis o B arrive...lots of booing and cooing about how gorgeous it looks...how happy they are..they are all the picture of beautiful-ness...MOB and I work on several final things ....she heads off...wedding starts at 5:30pm...4:45”ish” I’m putting flowers on cake and she walks up to me and says “ I’m not going to panic BUT this is not our caterer!”...I tell her...”just take a deep breath”... don’t go back in the kitchen...I peek in and I see LOTS of pasta salad shooters going into the trunk of the first arrived sweet girl caterer assistant...buns are being flung into her car...in goes TONS of plastic ware...cups, plates, those jigunda drinking cups)...I’ve never seen such an operation Fold so quickly and that 747 side body flew out of that venue drive in a flash...other caterer is pullin’ her van to unload in front of venue as I see the 747 tail pullin’’ out in the highway...MOB goes into Bride’s room, with Bridal party( I’m tellin” her it will not matter if anything or anyone is late..this is all going to work..which we all k is it always does)...I go in for my last quick snap of the Bride with her bouquet..5:20pm...in my car making the 45 min drive home...what a day... I’m so glad I do florals and not food...driving home I”m thjnkjng to myself “I wonder what the other party was thinking when the caterer was late...knowing how much it seemed had to be cooked in that big cooker???” ..wedding snafus!.. but...it all worked out...#deborahgibsondesign #weddingsnafus #caterers #catering #itallworksout
