I decided to ditch the wine this week and try out some SAKE. I decided to try a cucumber sake paired with my homemade Pork Wontons. THE cucumber sake Pours clear, has aromas of fresh, juicy cucumber, aloe leaves. Taste is a little spicy. Let's say it leave cucumber madness in your mouth. I really enjoyed the pairings of the two. It's #getthruthursday Hey y'all I know you guys are so excited just like my self Mother's Day is this Sunday and I love being able to do cute things for my mama. WITH that being said I know the pockets are tight due to all the spending on gifts for your mamas , so I did a #EASYPASTABAKE to get you thru your pay day. This was so easy. I want you to understand these Thursday meals are made for the people who don't have the time or the money to do expensive take out or dine in, but wanna eat the the Same luxurious meals. I boiled down the pasta added mozzarella to a baking dish, then individually one by one aligned the rigatoni standing up once they were up I added the penne vodka sauce and then some more of the mozzarella. Bake for 10-15 mins, and you have your EASY BAKE PASTA. Hope you enjoy!! It's #Withwinewednesday Hello my faboulous friends, you know on Wednesdays I love to show off. Well in honor of my love of mussels I wanted to show off my mussel reciepe. I have for you SPICY STUFFED MUSSELS. This is absolutely my favorite seafood tapa. Like you cannot go wrong with how delicious these really are. I paired these mussels with a Chilean wine called PAPI😍. This wine is from the heart of CHILE's farmed central grape growing region. This is a Sauvignon Blanc. It's a soft sweet Demi sec, has flavors of green which some don't like but in my opinion goes so well with any seafood. Okay guys hope you enjoyed, until tomorrow.
