Genuinely, do you know what transfem means? It is not "trans person AMAB". It means transitioning toward femininity or identifying as a gender that is more feminine-in-nature than anything else. Stop twisting non-binary identities and stop forcing intersex people into boxes.

We have people on here trying to fucking play doctor. There are repeated issues of large community members accepting detailed drawings of people's genitals, whether it's on here, you're posting it or you're receiving them in a discord server.

This community let a pluralphobic transmed act as a community leader for months. For years. This was someone who frequently misused ASAB, was butchmisic towards transmasc butches, is a reddit user, especially on r/transgendercirclejerk, and claimed on more than one occasion that "trans radfems are either not trans or radfems."

This person went to reddit and said, and I quote, directly: "uj/ perisex tumblrites with 1 million mogai flags larping as intersex and bastardizing real intersex activism because they want very badly to call trans women "males"." This was said, albeit, about another member of the community who is most definitely worth criticizing but fakeclaiming is absolutely fucking unacceptable. This statement harms more than the intended target and hurts more intersex people like me who have complicated queer identities BECAUSE OF OUR INTERSEXUALITY.

THIS IS WHO WE HAD AT THE FACE OF OUR COMMUNITY. THIS IS WHO YOU GAVE A PLATFORM. It didn't take until from what I could find, from literally February of THIS YEAR for you all to call it out.

(For clarity, I am not a radfem. I do not support radfems. I however do not fucking support degendering/misgendering trans people. When you tell a radfem they aren't really trans, you are literally doing that.)

So many of you don't care enough about the bastardization and colonization taking place in our community at the hands of intersexists. You don't care enough that decades of evidence and history discussing our oppression have been erased, buried, deleted to a point it doesn't exist anymore, or it's extremely buried and difficult to find. You don't care that intersexists have rewritten history in their favor. You don't care that they've essentially done the equivalent of bookburnings to our history and literature.

You don't listen to victims and survivors of IMV (Intersex Medical Violence), IGM or forced HRT. You put the feelings of perisex people who have erased our history and bastardized our oppression to hell in back above us. The meaning and history of ASAB may not be a big deal to you if you haven't suffered like we have, but it's a big deal to a lot of us who have.

You should care more. You should care about us more. You should make this space better. You should make this space safer. It's not just intersexist perisex people running us off the site. I didn't leave because of perisex people.

there was this one girl around my neighborhood who wished men had periods so they could know "our" pain better. she constantly talked about how women went through more pain than men because they have vaginas and uteruses, obviously erasing trans and intersex people. i got so uncomfortable from all her talk that someday i told her i was intersex and never menstruated before. she suddenly hit me in my privates and started calling me a "perverted guy", said she couldnt believe how i was "pretending" to be a girl this whole time and also threatened me she would stab me in the nuts so i could have a real period. it was terrifying, but guess who got the hate by other neighbors instead? me. yes, i was the bad one in the situation because me telling her i was intersex was apparently "sexual harassment" and her kicking me in the nuts and then saying shes gonna stab me there was just "self defense". the only support i got was from my parents, we moved and thankfully i dont see her anymore but that left a big mental scar in me. i developed moral ocd since that event

this is why i feel so comfortable around those who compare their pain to others, after what i went through. its heartbreaking to see people think trans/intersex women are unsafe around pericis women just because they may not menstruate or cant get pregnant, yet i have people calling me lucky for not having a period before. dont call me "lucky" after that fucking event i went through. i literally had someone threaten to kill me just because i didnt have the same genitalia or bodily functions as hers, i still hear her yelling in my head sometimes. i went to therapy and feel a bit better now but nothing can make me forget about that, unless i lose my memory or something

Genuinely so upsetting how people will take statements like "I am intersex" and "I am trans" as sexual harassment. There is nothing inherently sexual about being intersex &/or trans, the same way there is nothing inherently sexual about being perisex &/or cis!

And the irony of her freaking out about that when she has literally been talking about uteruses!! 🫩 Stop sexualizing people for their anatomy!!

You didn't say or do anything "sexual" by saying you don't have a uterus!! There's no difference in you saying "I don't have a uterus" and her talking about having one!!
