I've been without internet since Friday night. The company doesn't pick up my calls, and the only way of contacting them has been a horrible AI chat that just regurgitates the same lie that the service will be normalized within two hours. That since last Friday night.

I don't know what happened or when the service will be normalized. It could be within a few more hours, a few more days, or even a few more weeks. This company left us without service for fucking 15 days back in 2020.

Last time it was because crackheads kept stealing cables from the telephone poles. We knew that because back then at least they had human beings for us to enter in contact with, but now everything is through AI, and there's zero transparency or human contact. We are completely in the dark.

And to make matters worse, today it's raining, and judging by the company, they don't pay their technicians enough to work in these circumstances. They probably will leave us fucked for a few more days. It's not like it will make a difference.

I only have my cellphone data with me, and even that is limited.

So if I disappear for a few days, weeks. If I miss Halloween and all is because my internet provider has very shitty services and doesn't give a flying fuck about their customers.
