I gave myself a little Halloween treat. Today was an unusual Afternoon. I went to my local tarot shop and saw this beauty gleaming in a shelf. I picked it and, you all know I’m not one to go nuts over “vibes” and “energies” I usually pick stuff based on my own (very good) taste and aesthetic, However this deck made me feel hot. Like a warm sensation on my chest. Maybe it was just a pre-stroke and I’m getting too excited. Whatever it was, I took it as a sign that I should have it. Here’s the first card it gave me. That's your personal message, go with it. 🍔 . But if you're curious about the story behind this card... this pic was taken during the midst of a very long transitional period in my life. Me and the bf were between houses, between cities actually, and I was working pretty much all day every day and most nights too. Me and the bf would go into town once every couple of weeks and have a day out. We'd walk on the beach, play in the arcades, and mostly just spend time in the pub. But the thing I lived for during that time, was these veggie burgers. I'd always be saying "when can we go for a veggie burger??" Those burgers were were like a little rest stop, a #selflove and #selfcare ritual, and those sweet potato fries were my grounding cord. .
