Title: Re:vealed
Theme: How art reveals the desires, emotions, vulnerabilities and personality of an individual.
My piece delves into the different stages of an artist's life (showcasing the development of both their interests and character via the evolution of their artistic expression) as well as the varying emotions and secrets caught in external environments. The theme of this chapbook revolves around displaying hidden motifs.
The title “Re:velead” stands as a play on words. When sounded out, “revealed” is symbolic of the truth behind an individual’s personality being brought out to the public. The separation of “veal” translates to the inner meat -the vulnerabilities of oneself- being shown off.
Art displays the concealed. Art unveils the hidden.
In this work, my writing will be the complete print-out of my thoughts. The never-ending rants, the long run-on sentences and the continuous references to pop culture I find hilarious. They are me and my expression; inner meat ripped out and open for you to taste, take apart, study and understand. Bon Appetit to my re:vealed artistry.

It is put on us heavily in society to fear change in our relationships in life. Why? Yes, sometimes change can bring heavy emotions and raw realities come to surface, but think of it as growing pains. Nothing stays the same and is always in constant motion. So why not notice any changes that are occurring in your life and with those you connect with and embrace them? Shine some love and light on the new it has created or how you can strengthen the old to better suit all parties growth involved. 🕊 If you feel yourself shying away from old people, places, or things then say something! Make sure as you are releasing you are giving yourself the time and space to clear and integrate better suited practices to your current vibration. Learn to love your changes with yourself and others. See it as honoring the ever constant Divine energy that is you! ❤ Take some time to ask yourself if the relationship with yourself could use a change or healing? Is there a romantic relationship that could use some tlc or benefit from some couples healing? Or is it time to honor what was and make space for new? All of the changes occuring now or trying to get your attention have your best interest in mind, so follow your intuition. Start with the relationship with yourself and make sure you are addressing that first and foremost. Work from the outside in. Many, if not all, are carrying wounds that require healing and we may call to us partners to assist us in that healing. When you are one with yourself it will be a lot easier to create relationships around you that support who you are in this present moment. And remember, if that changes, it changes, go with the flow that is YOU 🏞 As we enter Taurus season it can be a great time for self care as well as harmony in relationships and with the self.
