There are feelings so deep, they echo in the soul. Moments that stay with us, people who change us, and memories that linger… these are the treasures hidden in the heart. 💛

How much of what social media and other algorithms allow us to see online reflects the true nature of reality? This is something that's very important for us to all consider.
I easily get bored with or tired of people who behave like they want to be told how they "should feel" and as a result, what to think to fit in with the crowd. Being limited in what you allow yourself to feel and think stunts ability for deep consideration of information.
All types of social groups have both invasive and pervasive elements in them through people who try to box everyone else up. These people seem uncomfortable with the idea of considering that there might be anything about a subject they've been misinformed or disinformed on. Unfortunately for the rest of us, they also tend to be the most definitively convinced of their convictions, to the point of seeming high on their own brain supply, and talkative. This includes people who are and people who aren't aware of how their behaviours can be off-putting to some, and a form of mind control to others who are suffering in a difficult, vulnerable, and as a result, naive way.
As a result, most of us have a tendency to, not having inflated egos, eventually be passive-aggressively bullied into going along; at least for a time.
Eventually, we start learning how to trust our own instincts better. We get into better habits of balancing out gut feelings with careful and rational thoughts. We no longer find ourselves susceptible to other peoples subtle energy fields of word trickery.
Feminism. The word means many different things to many different people. To some it refers to women who hate men and boys, putting them last if at all. To others, it refers to women who love men and boys, putting them before everyone else, including in ways which have proven patterns of being dangerous for girls and women. It also includes many diverse women who fit in various places in between those polarities. Some men claim the title feminist, while some consider themselves to be feminist-allies. Some men behave with hate and fear towards the word feminist.
I believe that each adult should be personally responsible for continuing to teach themselves outside of official and sometimes corrupt means. People should take the time to balance their egos with their intuition.
A lot of people seem to think that learning to consider new possibilities is boring, or they're lazy. The rest of us, who've often been labelled in some "neurodiverse" way, tend to be confused, frustrated or sad because of the behaviours of others who seem to lack patience, humbleness and curiosity.
In my personal experience as a now happy, voluntarily-celibate hetero woman, I've had about the same amount of difficult female-friend breakups as I've had romantic breakups. Being in my 40s and having had more time to process, I no longer get stuck in confusion and pain. I no longer have experiences where I get stuck to feeling like maybe most people are just awful. I'll no longer suffer through feeling as if even though I'm always well intentioned and putting others first, I'm somehow inferior and will never understand why those experiences happened.
Sometimes there is no reason to discover.
Sometimes we have to accept that we'd been hurt by people, whether female or male, whether friend or lover, and those relationships weren't meant to be permanent. It's possible we made poor decisions even giving time to certain people, but eventually, who cares? It becomes too much to hold on to, so eventually we allow ourselves the healing of letting go and moving on.
Then, the sooner we begin to put the energy we had put on unsustainable situations, into quality relationships, the easier it gets to maintain a grounded and centered pattern within. Once we rebuild self-confidence, we no longer miss or distrust our gut feelings about red flags. We've broken out of what was a circular loop. We're free.

You walk through life believing you are one person — one identity, one story, one voice. But the truth is far more complex. You exist as countless versions of yourself, scattered across the memories of everyone you’ve ever encountered.
To some, you are warmth. To others, distance. To one person, you were a lifeline. To another, a lesson. In one chapter, you are remembered for your kindness. In another, for your silence. In someone’s story, you are the hero who saved them. In someone else’s, the villain who walked away.
And what makes this both beautiful and unsettling is that you will never truly know how you live inside those memories.
You will never hear your laughter the way it lands in someone else’s heart. You will never see the way your presence shifts a room. You will never fully understand the space your absence leaves behind.
To yourself, you are simply you — trying, learning, healing, growing. But to the world, you are fragments of moments, emotions, and experiences that form thousands of silent stories.
So move through life gently. Choose compassion. Speak kindly. Love deeply. Because even the smallest interaction you create can become a memory someone carries long after you’re gone.
You are more impactful than you realize.

Sacred mandalas embody universal balance through radial symmetry, creating a meditative path to inner stillness. Begin by sitting in comfort, breathing evenly, and focusing gently on the center point of the mandala. As shapes radiate outward, let your mind follow the balance and rhythm of the design. Mandala meditation brings profound benefits: calming the nervous system, cultivating mindfulness, enhancing focus, and awakening creativity. The symmetry offers a natural reflection of wholeness, helping you realign with inner harmony.
