Hate the fact that just hearing cars and car doors outside makes us tense up and jump. Hearing people speak in our house esp if we can't hear them makes us terrified they're talking about us and we're being ratted out. Hate the fact that people walking in the house and doors opening and closing makes us so jumpy. Our parents aren't even here, they're on vacation, yet we are still so fucking jumpy and anxious. Every car door and car we hear makes us feel like we have to run and hide stuff. I hate this so fucking much. I hate never feeling fucking safe in this house. It's genuinely so fucking annoying. Like plz just fucking stop perceiving danger when there is none. I wish it was that easy.
