I also had more confidence than I have ever had when it came to talking to Stephen, Echo, David, and everyone. If you know me in real life, you know I can be pretty shy. But not so much this weekend. Ashley and I made some pretty cool Team Arrow shirts for ourselves and for Stephen, David, Emily and Echo. And Stephen, David and Echo thought the shirts were pretty damn awesome, especially Echo. Ashley and I gave Echo his shirt first along with Emily’s on Saturday. He loved it so much he displayed it at his autograph table all day Saturday AND Sunday. That right there made the weekend for us. Everything else that happened just made it infinitely better. Also, I told Echo I hope Curtis is able to conquer the salmon ladder by the end of the season.

DAVID RAMSEY!! This was my first time meeting David Ramsey and DAMN THOSE ARMS! So massive! And he really is a great hugger! I hugged him a couple of times that weekend. I really only talked to David about the shirts we made and how the number “03″ we put on the back of his was for Diggle’s three tours in Afghanistan. I believe we were complimented a couple times for how much thought we put into the numbers for each shirt. 12 for Stephen because Arrow premiered in 2012. 09 for Emily because “MIT, Class of 09″. And 16 for Echo, because Curtis joined Team Arrow in 2016. We made sure to put “Original” on Stephen, David and Emily’s shirts because OTA!!!!

Now for Stephen. I had been the one to give Echo and David their shirts, so Ashley (@defyingtheodds5) did the honors for Stephen. Maybe she will do a write up as well, and say how her weekend went and her conversations with Stephen and everyone else. I have been going over what I wanted to ask Stephen. I knew I wanted to see if I can get any Olicity spoilers out of him. At first I was going to ask how Olicity would be honored in the 100th episode but then I changed my mind because he kinda teased an OTA scene in the 100th episode at his panel. So I decided to ask about 509 instead. Before I asked about 509, I had him sign a page from my scrapbook about Olicity’s 2015 Ship of the Year win. He sat there and looked at the page for a few seconds and read the tweets that he and Emily tweeted during the first Ship of the Year win to each other. It was cool.

Ok, onto my 509 spoiler teases conversation. Since we had a spoiler from Marc and @jbuffyangel about an Olicity flashback in 509, I wanted to know if he could tell me anything about it. And when I asked he said just two words to me: RED PEN. Ashley and I were actually very pleased with that answer and excited. Stephen said, “How’s that?” And we were both like “Yeah, I’ll take it. I’ll take it.” But then he paused and said, “Oh. I got one better for ya.” In my head I was like WAIT WHAT? He then proceeds to say, “Oliver believes in magic.” At first, I was like O.K. I wanted to know more, so I asked some follow up questions. Like is this Olicity related? 509 related? Can you tell me more? And he was like “Just believe me when I say, Oliver believes in magic. Trust me. I believe in magic.” Yes he did say “I”. And that was my Stephen conversation. I honestly can’t believe I got the courage to ask these questions. Because the couple of times I met him before I couldn’t even speak more than a few words to the guy. Oh and then we high-fived. It was glorious! And he initiated the high-five as well.

Some of you are probably wondering why I didn’t share this before now. I did share with some that 509 should have something “good” for Olicity. But honestly I am so hesitant nowadays to share anything positive about Arrow or even Olicity because immediately after the fact someone will find someway to turn it into something negative. I shared my signed scrapbook page right after he signed it, and I got comments with eye rolling emojis and some saying that he did a 180 from the panel that just took place. I didn’t want anyone to put a damper on an experience I loved. So I decided at that time to wait and see if I wanted to share what Stephen said to me. I know it isn’t much, but it was enough for me. And I think it’s pretty good. And I’m dying to know what he meant by “Oliver believes in magic.”

So there you go speculate away with my mini Olicity teases. I hope you enjoy them, and if not.. well then I’m sorry.

Just a few little extra things: I got to meet Italia that weekend which was a fantastic surprise. She is so sweet and so beautiful. And also I met Charlotte Ross as well, and told her she better be back for the Olicity wedding. She agreed.

If you followed me on twitter, you will know I also met Milo Ventimiglia. He is just AMAZING!! And about 8 hours later I noticed in my phone a selfie he had taken of himself before he took selfies with me. I still cannot believe I didn’t notice until several hours later. Here’s his selfie:
