I have a Monday- Friday exercis routine but I don't have a Monday to Friday job So sometimes my weekend is Tuesday and Wednesday. Like this week and I got drunk with friends I haven't been able to see in a long time. I was expecting to not be able to work out hungover, then I was expecting it to kill me! I also initially thought I'd only manage a run but it wasn't as bad as expected so I just did my routine workout!
I'm surprised at how well it went considering the lack of sleep and stress from drinking! 🏖️🍺
