Ingredients: 1 lb 450g of beef or chicken chunks. 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 zucchini, sliced. 1 red onion, cut into wedges. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp paprika. 1 tsp cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Add the beef or chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the marinated meat, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between them. Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
