First day of vacation 🥳 and probably the worst night of my life 😪 A mix of bad factors like 5 hrs sleep, stress, extreme heat ~ airco, different food, etc., got me yesterday evening in very bad place. My body was fighting like crazy, everything had to come out, having sever symptoms of a migraine and feeling like dying 🤮 The only thing that I did was listening to my body and it told me what to do. Remove everything from the digestion tract, stay in bed in complete darkness without any airco, use lavender and peppermint EO on the head and stomach, Box breathing as much as possible. After several sessions of throwing out, my throat was so painful that I couldn’t swallow anymore, so I ask for a little coco cola. Why? Because sometimes sometimes so toxic helps the body stop the detox and get some rest. I never have cola or other ‘man made’ juices, but this is the second time that just a few sips of cola helps me feel better by just stopping the detox/cleanse. And after a few hours of horror, I fell asleep and woke up pain free and very light. What do I still feel today? A sworn throat, but much better and a very white tongue. Today I’ll have just water and herb tea with raw honey and lime. That’s all I need and the sea 🌊 . Amazing the capacity of our body to heal! Learning to listen to it more and more by just being 💚 . Starting the inner engine! 🦋 What?! Yes, this was for me the start to my healing journey. The moment I stopped and just connected to myself 💫That peaceful loving caring internal voice that just wants to be listened. No, it’s not my crazy wild monkey 🐒 in my head and also No to my instinct that came for all the experiences I had and it’s usually giving me fear and anxiety. I’m talking about my intuition 🥰 . 4 years ago I had a bad feeling in my stomach looking at the hormones I got for Hashimotos... and just stopping and asking What is it? My healing story part 2 The test results and doctors said: ▪️ Hashimoto ▪️Endometriosis ▪️Chronic fatigue ▪️Q fever ▪️Depression ▪️Anxiety ▪️Cystic acne ▪️Adenomyose ▪️Gastritis ▪️Leaky gut ▪️Chronic UTI with strep ▪️Polycystic ovary ▪️Several dental roots infections ▪️Lyme suspect ▪️Candida ▪️Black spot and lumps on the liver ▪️Very high inflammation levels ▪️Heavy metals .... I looked great, but I was not. The ‘treatments’ I was offered where: taking daily a small doses of antibiotics, removing all my woman parts, taking daily hormones for the rest of my life, lots of strong painkillers, antidepressant drugs... 😱😭 No way!!! Why natural healing? This is my story 🥰 Around 6 years ago I started feeling very tired all the time, experiencing muscle & articulation pain, didn’t feel like doing to much, forgetting things or just not remembering (and my mind was so sharp in the past!) the period pain got so bad that I couldn’t even cry anymore, my teeth got inflamed and I needed several emergency operations because the infection was eating the bone, always having stomach pain with cramps and diarrhea, my eyesight got worse and I started seeing spots and shadows, several lymph nodes got so swollen that I was suspected for breast cancer, lots of acne and hair loss, and a constant very painful UTI..... I looked fine, even more, my body was almost matching ‘a healthy body’ model. But I was in pain and feeling very lost. So for 2 years I tried the ‘medical’ way, going to many doctors, getting 13 antibiotic treatments that where not treating anything, severe surgeries, scan, tomography, ecografie, all kind of tests (blood, urine, stool, hair, saliva) and I was only getting sicker. My journey to better health continue. With my body adjusting to 30day challenge, next thing to do is incorporate cardio to my routine. I will start by walking. My walking shoes came today.
