Alright up next is day 2 of #HCC7. This variation of a forearm plank will truly teach you to keep your legs, core and glutes engaged. I added towels to my video, the floor wasn't very smooth and had a strong grip on my forearms. Keep your elbows under your shoulders and slowly slide your chin to the floor. There is no need to put pressure on your chin. Slowly slide back up, while still maintaining core engagement. Drop your chest and squeeze your scapular together. Then take it back up to the original pose, forearm plank. Start to transition your weight to your hands by pushing from your feet, rolling to the tops of your feet. Your elbows should be directly over your wrists, keeping your arms bent at 90 degrees. Ending here in a half push up and then back to the forearm plank, that's one rep! Try 3 sets of 5, or any amount, even one is fine. You all are so strong and got this no matter what. Tag me and show me your hard work.
