Monday morning, working hard for that press. Today's exercise is press walks or press toe taps. I prefer to keep my hands in place and float my feet forward and then back (press toe taps). Place your hands 2 feet in front of you and float your feet forward and repeat (press walks), it doesn't matter if you can barley lift your feet off the ground. Every little bit counts and every single rep you are getting stronger. Focus on really drawing in and up. Like your belly button to your spine. Flex ankles to float feet up.
