Experiences are the best learning tools and that is what I like to call them. If it is a good time, bad time, heartbreaker, moving, breakup, getting fired, losing, winning, issues or a problem... It is still a experience. Instead of saying this is terrible, this is not supposed to happen, maybe it is and just maybe it is exactly the way it is supposed to be. I have always wanted to travel, never did I think I would be traveling Southeast Asia right now but a opportunity presented itself and I took it. Sure at some points I think this sucks or that does but at the end of the day I am incredibly grateful for the experiences today and for those to come. Yesterday experiences... maybe I lost my job and that is something everyone may encounter but today is all that matters. Today is the only time I can do anything about it. I know this sounds crazy but be grateful for the lost opportunities because it is the experience your journey chose for you. Some of the time you have control and most of the time you don't. Stay positive, be grateful for today and don't dwell in the past. Making progress!!! This press is actually a breakthrough for me, making sure my arms are straight the entire time. I used to #muscle my way up with bent elbows and hurry my way up there. All the new #exercises, I have been #dedicated too, has finally paid off. Although, I still feel there is so much more work to do, I post only to show my progress because it is my #motivation.
