I love this one because it's the call back to the first chapter that I've been waiting for forrreverrr. Thanks for letting me show it off (although its in its first draft form and will probably be tweaked).

Ginny reached up on her tip toes to press a brief kiss to his lips before saying, “You look nice.” “You do too,” he said, giving a strange sort of strained smile and Ginny wondered whether he was remembering how they’d greeted each other like this months ago before Slughorn’s Party. “Are you ready?” 

Thought about being cheeky and sending Ginny instead, but that felt too easy 😉

Ohh, this is also a deleted scene as the next chapter will only be Ginny POV now (was originally Harry and Ginny). It's part of the scene that gave me so much trouble these last few months. Anyway... I hope it counts that it's not even part of the next chapter anymore 😂
