Me: ok ok Girl Killers is a pretty dark story. Its my first one with a mostly all female cast. It has dark themes like murder, revenge, sex trafficking, drugs, training teen girls into being killers. The main character is a girl who was sold to pay off a drug debt by het parents. The story starts put with her in an interrogation room covered in blood for killing a man. She gets approached by the dean of a private school that weaponizes teenagers for future government agencies and criminal organizations. No one in this story is meant to be a 'Good Person'. Everyone has some kind of horrible past and questionable morals. Theres a wide array of diversity in poc and in sexuality. Has an enemies to lovers plot with the main character being a lesbian from a very poor family and her best friend is Aro/Ace and East Asian who lived on the streets and had been a herion addict
GOD i just imagined this scene in GK where the main girl Harlet (which,,, might change tbh) whos real name is Hope and shes finally confronting her parents after they basically sold her and the mom is like, pleading for her life, bec she knows thst Harlet is there to kill them
And she tries to pull this fucking guilt trip sob story being like we named you hope. You were supposed to be our hope. You were supposed to save our family and Harlet just looks her dead in the eye and is like you're not my family before the mom gets shot in the head
