Today was full of potatoes I fried some in the morning for me and mom and she air fried crinkle cuts for us all this evening. Things have changed and I’m going to take the doctor’s word for it that it is good news. Mom didn’t start chemo today because genetic markers suggest that a pill treatment might work well for her. So now she isn’t starting treatment for another week as they wait for insurance to approve it. I’m still not sure what I’m doing here but I do feel like I almost have my stuff arranged properly. I floated the idea of mom and I going for walks and this region feels very unwalkable but I found a couple trails that are about 10 minutes drive from here.
Here are my potatoes under eggs and then smothered in chili.
