Nagmahal. Nasaktan. Nag gym. Kahapon ako nag gym. Ang tindi ng gym instructor ko. Simula palang gumagapang na ko kahit sisiw pa lang yung program. Sabi pa nya “Okay lang yan, sir. Simula palang yan basta no pain no gain”. Mukhang marami pa akong kakainin na bigas nito. But it’s okay. Ginusto ko to. Exercise naman to, lalo na pag stress ako from work. Saka gusto ko magkaroon ng toned body. Di naman sa inggit dahil meron silang abs? No, gusto ko lang maging healthy. I’m sure part na rin to ng pagiging maturity ko. It’s time to level up na. Mag ggym pa naman ako bukas. Yung mga nag ggym dyan, bigyan nyo naman ako ng tips para madami akong alam. Please?

Finally! Makakapag gym na ko nito. Kelangan ko talaga mag exercise para marefresh naman ako syempre be healthy. Ganun pala yun, pag stress ka sa work kelangan mo lang mag gym. Pero dapat balance lang, wag naman kung lagi. Ano ko, robot? Im confident na magtuluy tuloy na tong program ko sa gym. YEEEES!
