Been mostly MIA from projects and such for the last year or so. Got the burnout real bad, closed my Etsy, then my husband cheated on me lol. We did the thing where we open the relationship and now I've got a boyfriend and the coworker he cheating with turned out to be legit insane lol. Anyway my new bf invited me to be his plus one to a buddy's wedding at the end of August. I gained some weight and don't have bras that fit so I decided to make myself a Lil floral corset top. Anyway, here's what I've got so far.

Victorian ads are the best, no notes, I will not hear anything different, I am dying. Whats worse is that I was just looking for embroidery patterns... I found at least three more like this.. Lets see if I can hold back enough not to make another one of these.

This blouse was entirely stitched by hand (it was my evening couch project for almost two months) and made from leftover linen pieces from other projects. The instrument lace became a fashion choice, but also a practical way to join the update and lower sleeve so I could cut them from separate pieces since I lacked scraps long enough to cut a whole sleeve.

like they call that "revamped." it's not the same shoe guys!!!! not at all!!!!

My latest commission! Made for my most whimsical friend (literally they legally changed their middle name to Whimsy), who just had top surgery and then found that standard 21st-century men's formalwear was both boring and not very gender-affirming. The solution... and exciting fabric, an 1830s waistcoat and, and a big poofy ruffly 19th century shirt!
